The purpose designed soft annealed thick wall copper tip in the Improtec Mortar Mate Kit extrudes the mortar into the joint with little effort ensuring good penetration and minimizing waste. The operator can easily open or close the aperture allowing the tip itself to penetrate up to 1" into the joint to suite the project requirement, you can even smooth the mortar as you go.
This improved technology part takes away the limitations of grout bags, plastic tips and cone shaped applicators for tuck pointing duties. The soft copper will not wear quickly or break while inside the joint and the mortar flow through the tip is far greater than through the round aperture in a cone dispenser or tip.
The Mortar Mate Kit includes the Patented Improtec Grout Gun and tip with its heavy duty large 11/3 quart capacity barrel. Its ultra reliable finger operated mechanism and unique European design make it the perfect tool for the professional as well as the DIYer when repairing brick, block, pointing random stone, stucco and paver projects.
