Why do you ask for my email address, telephone number, etc?

Your e-mail address and phone number allow us to communicate with you quickly about your order, also your chosen carrier can communicate shipping information or they may use it if they have problems with delivery.

Will you pass on information about me to anyone else?

How do I place an order online?

It’s simple, from our secure website, click on any of the products on display, make your choice and click the “add to basket” icon. When you have made all your choices, click on “checkout” either at the top right hand corner of the screen or after you have added an item to basket and you can proceed to completing your own details.

How do I keep track of progress of my order?

We will email you to confirm when your order has been shipped. You should expect your order to arrive within our estimated time frame for deliveries.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For online orders, payment is through our secure merchant account we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover or you may pay through your PayPal account. Checks/Money Orders are also welcome.

Can I request special shipping?

We are able to honor special shipping requests such as USPS 1-day and 2-day service. Please contact customer service at (850) 216-2062 for assistance. Please note additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card when billing is processed.

What is your return Policy?

If, after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your purchase price less freight provided the product is still in brand new condition. There is no restocking charge unless the item was special ordered and not normally stocked in our warehouses. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete, and in its original packaging. We cannot issue a credit or refund for any product that is returned to us that has been used or altered, or has any missing parts or packaging.
